Sound Bath Meditations.
What is a Sound Bath?
I feel this is the most ancient form of healing, to soothe both mind and body.
In my experience as a Sound Healer since 2003 and now a Teacher. I have run and refined how I work tuned into the needs of the participants with live dedicated music being played around and over you. Each instrument is chosen to give you maximum benefit. This is also true of the heritage of the instrument. My Double Drone Flute was handmade for me using my favourite tree the Cedar of Lebanon and made to fit my finger span. I had crystals incorporated into the flute to further aid relaxation and healing within the session. So as I blow down the flute and over the Crystals (I also trained for 2 years as a Crystal Healer with ACHO.) You will receive. Healing power of Apatite for magic, Black Tourmaline for Grounding, Clear Quartz for healing and finally Citrine for Protection.
For Over a year Before every Sound Bath I recorded peoples Chakras front and back then at the end of the session re checked them to find that every single person who came left with balanced Chakras To book a new Therapeutic Sound Baths in my studio at Bedlington. these are done lying on treatment couches with duvets and sheets. Introduction to Shamanic Journeying will be in my own studio max 4 people ring to book cost £75 This course has evolved to include working with ley lines in my locality and is now a full day.
Learning how to protect and Smudge yourself with Sacred Sage. You will be given your first bundle of Sage and how to use i. What is a Medicine Wheel how to make your own one with your first teacher stone. Journeying to obtain a Totem or Power Animal, A second Journey to obtain your Spirit Guide. The third and forth Journeys will be done with another person. Then your final two journeys will be to build and then use your own personal healing space. This is not just a one of course you will then be able to come to any of my Journeying sessions these are held monthly at the Vault 3-4.30pm . Cost per session is £8.

Mindfulness Drumming.
Evolved through my love of the Drum and its healing properties. Taking 9 months this is a fabulous way to connect with Mindfulness in a simple and guarented way. For those who have monkey minds constantly flitting and for those who want a more practical way to engage with this. Come and try it and see £10 This is now a booked event in my own studio

In this workshop we will commence with an hour of Dru Yoga always an excellent relaxation 15 minutes. (i have some spare mats please request at time of booking followed by a half hour Meditation then an hours Magical Sound Bath bring a sleeping bag blanket and pillow if you want to lie down

This is the commencement of two more Labyrinth days working from the findings of this day. 24/9/2023 10am until 4pm
The theme was about connecting families In war torn areas for peace. There were 6 of us working on 6th May at the Labyrinth with every other labyrinth connecting with this shared message. I would like to dedicate these last two Labyrinths of the year to connectivity and peace.

Mantra and Chant 7-8pm This will improve your breathing and is so uplifting working with your breathing improving your feeling of wellness be part of a group that sings simple repetitive songs so you can get out of your logical brain into your right hand creative side using Drums to lift moods Recent medical research for those who have had strokes have concluded that those people who have had their speech centre affected progress more quickly by listening to singing what better way to do it yourself in this group. I am working with a lady who has had a stroke and we are finding improvements with singing why not come and try and at the same time meet fabulous folk? Drumming is the first sound a baby at 18 weeks hears in thed womb no wonder we feel great Drumming. £6 Spare Drums are available

One YEARS COURSE WE WILL BE OUT EXPLORING after making our own rattle WE WILL BE WORKING WITH NATURES OWN WHEEL OF THE YEAR. Commencing with an initial meeting to see who is interestedin Autumn 2021 at the Vault please register interest with me. Cost for this will be £15. This is a course I have been thinking about over the last four years. The parts finally came to me in Paris. The first course ran in 2019/20. We will be following the natural rhythms of the years working with the idea of returning harmony within ourselves to nature (hence the field trips how can you theorise this course?) We will be looking also at the perspective of returning to that feeling of tribal group/ community and working with the aid of the Wildwood tarot. This first session will be either the first of twelve or the first of 8. So are you interested in exploring yourself your connection with nature and her cycles want to gain a sense of community? and at the same time use this to help heal the earth? Prices will be £40 per session I envision Full day trips with car sharing and money for at times eating out possibly entrance fees or in the summer at times vegetarian food sharing celebrations.
