Unstricken. I love. 4th Chakra.
Attaining balance between the three above and below it. Bija sound Yang.
The Heart Chakra also known to me as the gateway Chakra the transformer from the lower physical Chakras to the more Spiritual upper Chakras.Shape of the tattva is the Hexagram Predominant sense is touch, the skin work organ is the hands. Prana Vayu Air dwelling in the chest region it is the air that we breath and is rich in life giving negative ions.
The Loka is the plane of balance. Ruling planet Venus lunar feminine. Twelve vermillion lotus petals the Bija sounds are kang, Khang, Gang, Ghang,Yong, Cang,Change,Jang Jhang, Ugang,Tang,Thang. Inside is the six pointed star symbolising the air element that moves in six directions bringing vital prana and movement. This six pointed star is made up of two intersecting triangles. Facing upward for the male Shiva and down for the female Shakti, a balance is attained when the two forces are joined in harmony. Outside this is the circle with twelve petals folding outward and are of a dep rd colour representing the expansion of energy in twelve directions and the flow of energy through the twelve forces.
Within the Anahata chakra is the eight petaled lotus in the centre rest the spiritual or etheric heart known as the Ananda Kanda towards the right it is in this side we one meditates on the Godhead or light, whereas the physical is towards the left . These eight petals are connected with different emotions and different directions.
It is a very important chakra in terms of personal development and understanding about our life purpose. Embodying the qualities of compassion and unconditional love helping others to make the best of themselves. For me as a Shaman it is not about taking over their lives as they have their own contract that they have already written to follow in this lifetime. Negatively it is associated with feelings of selfishness and negativity to self. Physical problems with the heart Circulatory, breathing disorders and upper back pain.
Looking at the stillness in motion book I have been practising is the EBR1 sequence which on more reflection does seem to fit when I do this everything just seems to fit into place.
